Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Infrastructure team to drive partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks launching stablecoin payment products on Coinbase’s platform. You will own the full deal lifecycle from strategy through integration and post-launch success.

You will engage executive stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help shape the infrastructure roadmap while meeting revenue targets. Remote-first with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto companies.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from inception through close, including legal, compliance, and technical workstreams.
• Understanding of payments and trading ecosystems, including stablecoins, cross-border payments, card networks, payment rails, and digital wallets.
• Ability to explain complex technical/crypto concepts clearly to executive audiences and build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience using Generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnerships and grow existing relationships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks by identifying high-potential prospects and developing tailored engagement strategies.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from diligence through negotiation and close to post-launch growth, while meeting revenue targets.
• Lead conversations with senior stakeholders, translating Coinbase infrastructure capabilities into partner value propositions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Sales to support onboarding and integration.
• Shape Coinbase's infrastructure roadmap by advocating for partner needs and sharing market insights.
