Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead a team of Cloud Intelligence experts aligned to AWS field sales teams across the western/central United States.

You will guide strategy, remove adoption barriers, and evangelize differentiation concepts to customers and internal partners. The role requires managing field-facing SMEs, crafting customer narratives, and influencing go-to-market and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar technical roles experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of CI/SMEs aligned to AWS field sales teams across multiple US regions.
• Develop and propagate value propositions and best practices to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Product teams to drive adoption of AWS across industries.
