Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Cloud Intelligence experts aligned to sales teams across the western/central United States.

You will guide field-facing SMEs, remove barriers to cloud adoption, and evangelize AWS differentiation concepts with customers and internal teams. The role blends business and technology, with responsibilities to craft compelling value propositions and communicate them to executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar technical roles experience.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-facing team of CI experts aligned to sales teams across multiple US regions.
• Drive adoption and differentiation of AWS cloud services through customer engagements.
• Develop and share best practices, whitepapers, and customer-facing guidance.
• Build relationships with decision makers to enable cloud advocacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps and sales motions.
