Job summary

Amazon in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead a team of Cloud Intelligence experts aligned to AWS field sales teams. You will guide strategy, manage cross-functional programs, and influence product roadmaps while engaging executives and customers in compelling cloud value narratives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing a technical, enterprise customer-facing resources
• 7+ years leading a technical team of solution architects or sales engineers
• Experience architecting/operating cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI

Responsibilities

• Ensure success in building and maintaining solutions that help customers choose AWS from a technical perspective
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community
• Lead development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other customer-facing guidance
• Build relationships with decision makers to enable them as Cloud advocates
• Share customer feedback to product management and engineering teams to influence roadmaps
• Develop and deploy sales motions leveraging AWS Field Sales and partner channels
• Collaborate with marketing to align digital campaigns and drive demand
• Hire, onboard, and develop Solutions Architects
• Educate customers on AWS value proposition and architectures for cloud deployments
• Organize technical workshops and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
