Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Cloud Intelligence professionals aligned to AWS field sales across the western and central United States.

You will guide CI SMEs, drive adoption of AWS differentiators, and influence sales enablement, product, and marketing strategies. You will engage with executive audiences, craft compelling cloud value stories, and build scalable engagement programs, partnering with service teams, marketing, and professional services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar technical roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP etc).
• Master's degree preferred in CS/engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of CI/SME aligned to sales teams across multiple US regions.
• Articulate compelling value propositions and drive adoption of AWS services.
• Develop and deploy sales motions and programs with AWS Field Sales teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to share best practices and customer feedback.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders to influence go-to-market strategies and roadmaps.
