Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced technical manager to coach, grow, and partner with Solutions Architects. You will enable best practices, drive AI and cloud architectures, and collaborate with sales to grow revenue across enterprise customers.

As a leader, you will hire, onboard, train, and develop new SAs, educate customers on AWS value, and guide cross-functional teams across Sales, Services, Business Development, and Field Marketing to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise IT application work including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps experience.
2+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end roadmaps for cloud transformations.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach Solutions Architects to grow and share best practices in AI and cloud architectures.
Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions.
Drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers in collaboration with sales.
Build deep relationships with key decision makers and enable AI/cloud advocacy.
Mentor teams and coordinate with service engineering and support across initiatives.
