Job summary

Blackbird Health in the Philadelphia metro area is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & New Office Launch to spearhead the expansion across PA, VA, NJ, MD and future markets. You’ll own end-to-end clinic openings, from site selection through Day 1 readiness, while building scalable facilities operations and ensuring every location is safe, welcoming, and operationally excellent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years multi-site facilities, expansion, or healthcare operations experience.
• Proven track record launching new sites and managing vendor contracts.
• Experience directly managing and developing operational staff.
• Willingness to travel regularly across regional clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinic launches from site selection to Day 1 readiness.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Ops, IT, Marketing, and Rev Cycle.
• Direct ongoing facilities operations, preventative maintenance, safety standards, and clinic refreshes.
• Hire, coach, and manage regional Facilities Coordinators while overseeing budgets.
