Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to be the on-the-ground owner of clinic environments across Northern Virginia and Maryland expansion regions. You will manage day-to-day facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and site logistics for existing offices while playing a hands-on role in setting up and launching new clinic locations.

• 2+ years in multi-site facilities or operations.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently in Northern VA and MD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clinic standards through regular site visits, tickets, maintenance, and access control.
• Support new clinic launches by coordinating furniture, signage, deliveries, and vendor scheduling.
• Oversee local inventories, equipment, signage, and furniture refreshes across the regional footprint.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to maintain trackers and resolve daily roadblocks.
