Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & New Office Launch to lead our expansion across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, Maryland and new markets. You will drive end-to-end clinic openings from site selection to Day 1 readiness, while directing regional facilities operations and building scalable systems.

This hybrid role requires regular onsite travel, with home base in the Philadelphia metro area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-site facilities, expansion, or healthcare operations experience.
• Track record of end-to-end new site launches and vendor contracts.
• Experience directly managing and developing operational staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-functional execution of new office openings from site selection through Day 1 readiness.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Ops, IT, Marketing, and Rev Cycle to align hiring, credentialing, and site setup.
