Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-site facilities or operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and site logistics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to physical detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently across PA and NJ clinics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clinic standards through regular site visits and ticket resolution.
• Support new clinic launches with setup, furniture, signage, and scheduling.
• Manage local inventories, equipment, signage, and furnishings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to track projects and resolve blockers.
