Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-site facilities, expansion, or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience with end-to-end site launches and vendor contracts.
• Experience managing operational staff and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end clinic launches from site selection to Day 1 readiness.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Ops, IT, Marketing, and Rev Cycle.
• Lead regional Facilities Coordinators and manage budgets.
• Establish operational frameworks and post-launch reviews.
