Blackbird Health in the Philadelphia metro area is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & New Office Launch to lead our clinic expansion across PA, VA, NJ, MD and future markets. This hybrid role requires regular onsite travel and the home base should be in the Philadelphia metro area.

You’ll own end-to-end launches, align Real Estate, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Ops, IT and Finance, and build scalable facilities processes while developing regional coordinators and maintaining budgets to ensure

Qualifications

• 7+ years multi-site facilities, expansion, or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience launching end-to-end new sites and managing vendor contracts.
• Experience developing operational staff.
• Willingness to travel regularly across regional clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinic launches from site selection through Day 1 readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Real Estate, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Ops, IT, Marketing, and Rev Cycle.
• Establish facilities operations frameworks, SLAs, and post-launch reviews.
• Hire, coach, and manage regional Facilities Coordinators and oversee budgets.
• Maintain asset standards and vendor performance across locations.
