Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to own on-site operations for clinic environments across Philadelphia Metro regions in PA and NJ. You will manage day-to-day facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and site logistics for existing offices while supporting new location launches.

This hands-on role requires travel across regional clinics, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to keeping spaces safe, welcoming, and fully operational for

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-site facilities, office operations, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics.
• Willingness to travel frequently across regional clinic locations (PA/NJ).

Responsibilities

• Maintain & improve clinic standards with regular site visits and issue resolution.
• Support new clinic launches: furniture, signage, deliveries, vendor scheduling.
• Manage supplies, inventories, and refreshes across regional clinics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads, IT and Operations to track projects and site updates.
