Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & New Office Launch to lead clinic expansion across PA, VA, NJ, MD and new markets. Hybrid role with regular onsite travel; home base in the Philadelphia metro area.

You’ll drive end-to-end openings and build scalable facilities processes to ensure safe, welcoming locations. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in multi-site healthcare facilities or operations expansion, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a track record of

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing multi-site facilities, launches or healthcare operations expansion.
• Experience coordinating Real Estate, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Ops, IT and Finance on launches.
• Experience hiring, coaching and developing regional operational staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end clinic launches from site selection to Day 1 readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners across Real Estate, TA, Clinical Ops, IT, Marketing and Rev Cycle.
• Oversee ongoing facilities operations, maintenance, safety standards and vendor performance.
• Lead regional teams of Facilities Coordinators and manage budgets.
