Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-the-ground owner for clinic environments across regional markets in the Philadelphia metro expansion, including PA and NJ. You will manage day-to-day facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and site logistics for existing offices while launching new locations.

You will travel frequently, coordinate with clinical teams, IT, and operations, and ensure spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for patients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-site facilities, office operations, retail/hospitality, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to physical detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently across regional clinic locations in the Philadelphia Metro expansion regions (PA and NJ).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clinic standards through regular site visits and issue resolution.
• Support new clinic launches with physical setups, furniture, signage, deliveries, and vendor scheduling.
• Manage local clinic inventories, equipment, signage, and furniture refreshes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to track projects and communicate site updates.
