Job summary

VML is seeking a highly tactical Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to join our retail execution team in a hands-on role focused on the health of CP G client catalogs on Amazon. You will ensure flawless catalogs, in-stock products, and swift resolution of platform issues within Vendor Central and Seller Central.

You will manage content updates, flat-file workflows, and support tickets to drive immediate retail success, collaborating with internal teams and clients to maintain catalog

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Technical Amazon Expertise: templates, variation relationships, ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, CONCATENATE, Text-to-Columns.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues on Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
• Manage and submit Amazon tickets; track and follow up with support teams.
• Fix catalog errors (e.g., 5665, 8541), stranded inventory, and brand hijackings.
• Monitor account health; resolve listing suppressions and search issues.
• Execute bulk updates using flat files; map parent-child variations.
• Upload content: images, videos, A+ content; ensure PDP accuracy.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests for titles and images to boost CVR.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure ASINs are retail-ready for campaigns.
