Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Chicago is seeking a highly tactical Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to own day-to-day Amazon catalog health and content updates. The role focuses on ensuring flawless catalogs, in-stock products, and swift issue resolution within Vendor Central and Seller Central.

You will manage tickets, perform bulk file uploads, optimize product content, and collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and retail readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text-to-Columns).
• Ability to troubleshoot catalog errors and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy of listings.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Resolution & Troubleshooting.
• Case Management for submitting, managing, and following up on Amazon support tickets.
• Error Resolution for catalog issues such as 5665/8541 and stranded inventory.
• Compliance monitoring of Account Health dashboards and listing suppressions.
• Catalog & Content Management including bulk uploads and variation mapping.
• Content Execution: images, videos, and A+ content updates.
• A/B Testing Execution for titles and main images to improve CVR.
• Availability & Inventory Support and flagging PO issues.
• Dispute Management for chargebacks and shortage claims.
• Walk-the-Store Audits and digital shelf diagnostics for PDP accuracy.
• Sales Enablement with weekly status reports and readouts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Media and Strategy teams.
