Job summary

VML, part of WPP, seeks a Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to join our hybrid team in the Seattle area. You will own day-to-day Amazon catalog health for CPG clients, ensuring flawless product data and stock availability.

You will manage tickets in Vendor Central and Seller Central, drive content updates, and coordinate A/B tests to optimize conversion and retail performance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P). Prior experience in an agency setting supporting CPG/FMCG brands is highly preferred.
• Deep, practical knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and the Amazon ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns) to manipulate large catalog data sets.
• Problem-Solving mindset and extreme attention to detail to ensure listings are 100% accurate.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Resolution & Troubleshooting for Amazon catalogs.
• Case Management: submit, manage, and follow up on Amazon support tickets.
• Error Resolution: fix catalog errors and stranded inventory.
• Flat File Mastery: create and upload bulk inventory files and map attributes.
• Content Execution: update product images, videos, and A+ content.
