Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions in New York, NY seeks a Senior Manager, Commerce Operations (Amazon) to manage day-to-day eCommerce health for CP-G brands on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central. You will own catalog accuracy, stock status, and troubleshooting across support tickets.

You will work inside Seller and Vendor Central, perform content updates, file management, and A/B testing to optimize CVR, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Agency experience supporting CPG/FMCG brands is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns) to manipulate large catalog data sets.
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure listings are 100% accurate and properly mapped before going live.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Resolution & Troubleshooting related to Amazon listings and catalog health.
• Case Management: manage and follow up on Amazon support tickets via Seller/Vendor Central and Brand Registry.
• Error Resolution: troubleshoot catalog errors (e.g., 5665, 8541) and stranded inventory.
• Flat File Mastery: create and upload bulk inventory files to update catalog and map attributes.
• Content Execution: update product titles, images, and A+ content; coordinate assets.
• A/B Testing: set up, monitor, and report on tests to optimize CVR.
