Job summary

VML, a WPP agency, seeks a Senior Manager for Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to own day-to-day catalog health for our CPG clients on Amazon. This hands-on role requires detailed catalog management across Vendor Central and Seller Central, ensuring stock, accuracy, and swift issue resolution.

You will serve as the operational backbone for our clients’ eCommerce and Sales teams, driving catalog updates, content changes, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Seattle

Qualifications

• 1-4 years managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon templates, variation relationships, and the ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, TEXT functions) to manipulate large catalog data sets.

Responsibilities

• Submit, manage, and follow up on Amazon support tickets via Seller/Brand/Vendor Support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve catalog errors (e.g., ASINs, stranded inventory, brand hijackings).
• Monitor Account Health dashboards and resolve listing suppressions and related issues.
• Create and upload bulk inventory files (flat files/NIS templates) and manage parent-child variation families.
• Execute day-to-day content updates and coordinate visuals, including images and A+ content.
• Conduct digital shelf diagnostics and provide real-time reports on PDP accuracy and share of search.
