Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to lead catalog health, stock management, and rapid issue resolution for CPG brands on Amazon.

You will own catalog updates inside Vendor Central and Seller Central, drive content changes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless listings and timely retail execution.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P). Prior agency experience with CPG/FMCG brands preferred.
• Deep practical knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and the ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns) for large catalog datasets.
• Strong problem-solving mentality and persistence in resolvingAmazon support issues beyond initial responses.
• Extreme attention to detail ensuring 100% accuracy in listings before live.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: primary point of contact for submitting and following up on Amazon support tickets.
• Error Resolution: troubleshoot and resolve complex catalog errors and issues like stranded inventory or merged ASINs.
• Compliance: monitor account health and resolve listing suppressions and related issues.
• Flat File Mastery: create and upload bulk inventory files and map backend attributes.
• Content Execution: manage updates to product images, videos, and A+ content.
• A/B Testing Execution: set up and monitor tests to optimize titles, images, and content.
