Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in New York is seeking a highly tactical Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to join our retail execution team. This is a hands-on role focused on the day-to-day operational health of our CP G/FMCG clients on Amazon.

You will serve as the operational backbone for our clients' eCommerce and Sales teams, ensuring flawless catalogs, in-stock products, and swift resolution of platform glitches inside Vendor Central and Seller Central.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon inventory templates and category templates.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot Amazon issues for clients.
• Manage Amazon Seller/Vendor tickets and follow up on cases.
• Troubleshoot catalog errors (e.g., ASIN issues, stranded inventory).
• Monitor listing health, suppressions, and Buy Box performance.
• Create and manage bulk inventory updates via flat files.
• Coordinate visual asset updates and A+ content changes.
• Support A/B testing for titles and images to optimize CVR.
• Monitor inventory availability and flag PO/shipment issues.
• Assist in disputes regarding chargebacks and shortages.
• Provide weekly status reports and catalog health readouts.
• Ensure ASINs are retail-ready before campaigns launch.
