Job summary

VML, a WPP agency in Chicago, seeks a Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to own day-to-day health of CP​​G client catalogs on Amazon. You will manage catalog health, stock levels, and swift issue resolution inside Vendor Central and Seller Central.

The role requires 2–4 years of catalog management on Amazon, strong Excel, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Hybrid office schedule in Chicago and collaboration across teams are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on catalog management in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.) to manipulate large datasets.
• Agency experience with CPG/FMCG brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing and case management with Amazon support.
• Resolve catalog errors, including brand hijackings and ASIN issues.
• Monitor account health, listings suppressions, and inventory signals.
• Create and upload flat files and map variations for catalog-wide updates.
• Coordinate visual asset updates (images, video, A+ content) and content execution.
• Support cross-functional teams with weekly operational status reports.
