Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Commerce Operations (Amazon) to own day-to-day Amazon catalog health for CPG clients. You will manage catalog content, inventory, and system issues inside Vendor Central and Seller Central to drive immediate retail success.

You will collaborate with client teams and internal media/strategy groups, coordinate bulk updates, and lead content changes for product images, videos, and A+ content.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, CONCATENATE, Text-to-Columns) required.
• Technical Amazon expertise: knowledge of inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and Amazon ticketing ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving mentality and persistence to resolve issues with Amazon Support.
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure listings are accurate, properly mapped, and visually cohesive.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Manage and submit tickets via Seller Support, Vendor Support, and Brand Registry; follow up relentlessly.
• Troubleshoot catalog errors (e.g., 5665, 8541), stranded inventory, and ASIN issues.
• Monitor Account Health, prevent listing suppressions, and fix gains in listings.
• Create and upload bulk inventory files (flat files/NIS templates) for catalog updates.
• Coordinate visual content updates (images, videos, A+ content) and ensure PDP accuracy.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests for titles, images, and A+ content to improve CVR.
• Support availability, inventory and PO issues with client supply chain teams.
• Dispute operational chargebacks and shortages to protect profitability.
