Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Commerce Operations (Amazon) to lead day-to-day catalog health and content updates for our CPG clients on Amazon. You will own vendor and seller central workflows, ensuring product listings are accurate, in stock, and visually coherent.

You will troubleshoot complex catalog issues, coordinate flat-file uploads, and collaborate with internal teams to align on campaigns and optimization efforts that drive retail performance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Seller Central (3P).
• Deep knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and the ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, text functions) to manipulate large catalog data.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with persistence to resolve issues with Amazon Support.
• High attention to accuracy and consistency in product listings before publishing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily catalog health and content updates for Amazon storefronts.
• Submit and track support tickets via Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Registry.
• Troubleshoot errors, stranded inventory, and brand hijackings to protect listings.
• Monitor account health, suppressions, and out-of-stock indicators; flag PO issues.
• Upload and map flat files, templates, and parent-child variation relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure ASIN readiness for campaigns.
