Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions, located in the Chicago area, seeks a Senior Manager for Commerce Operations (Amazon) to lead day-to-day catalog health and stock management for CPG clients on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.

You will own content updates, flat-file uploads, and ticket resolution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy, availability, and brand integrity across all ASINs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P). Prior agency experience preferred.
• Technical Amazon Expertise: knowledge of inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and the Amazon ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns for large catalog data.
• Problem-Solving mentality: drive resolution beyond first response from Amazon Support.
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure 100% accurate, mapped, and cohesive listings.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Resolution & Troubleshooting for Amazon operations.
• Case Management: manage and follow up on Amazon support tickets.
• Error Resolution: fix catalog errors like 5665, 8541, stranded inventory, merged ASINs.
• Flat File Mastery: upload bulk inventory files and map attributes.
• Content Execution: update product content, images, videos, and A+ content.
• A/B Testing: set up and monitor tests to optimize CVR.
• Inventory support and PO/shipment issue flagging.
• Dispute management for chargebacks and shortages.
• Walk-the-store audits and digital shelf diagnostics.
• Sales enablement: weekly status reports and health readouts.
• Cross-functional collaboration for retail readiness.
