Job summary

VML is seeking a highly hands-on Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to safeguard day-to-day eCommerce health for CPG clients on Amazon. You will manage catalog accuracy, stock levels, and platform issues within Vendor Central and Seller Central, ensuring smooth content updates and timely resolutions.

You will work closely with Client teams and internal Media/Strategy groups to align catalog health with major campaigns, optimizing visibility and performance in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Deep knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and the Amazon ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, CONCATENATE, Text-to-Columns) for large catalog data.
• Strong problem-solving mindset; persistence to resolve issues beyond initial responses.

Responsibilities

• Ticket resolution & troubleshooting for Amazon support tickets via Seller Support, Vendor Support, and Brand Registry.
• Catalog & content management: bulk file uploads, variation mapping, and A+ content updates.
• Availability & inventory support: monitor stock, flag PO issues, and disputes of chargebacks or shortages.
• Client & team support: provide dashboards/reports and coordinate with internal teams for retail readiness.
