Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to oversee day-to-day health of CPD clients on Amazon. You will ensure flawless catalog content, in-stock products, and swift issue resolution using Vendor and Seller Central.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years managing catalogs on Amazon platforms, deep Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset. This hands-on role drives optimization for retail success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Expertise with Amazon inventory templates and ticketing ecosystem is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to handle large catalog data.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Resolution & Troubleshooting: manage and follow up on Amazon support tickets.
• Case Management: primary contact for submitting and tracking tickets via Seller Support, Vendor Support, Brand Registry.
• Error Resolution: troubleshoot and resolve catalog errors (e.g., ASIN issues, stranded inventory).
• Compliance: monitor account health dashboards and resolve listing suppressions and related issues.
• Catalog & Content Management: create and upload bulk inventory files, map attributes, establish parent-child variations.
• Content Execution: update product content, upload images/videos/A+ content.
• A/B Testing Execution: set up and report on tests to optimize titles/images/A+ content.
• Availability & Inventory Support: monitor in-stock rates and flag PO issues.
• Dispute Management: assist in disputing chargebacks and shortages.
• Client & Team Support: provide operational status reports and catalog health readouts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Media and Strategy teams to prep ASINs for campaigns.
