Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a highly tactical Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to own day-to-day catalog health for CP G brands on Amazon. You will ensure flawless catalogs, maintain stock, and resolve platform issues inside Vendor Central and Seller Central, driving immediate retail results.

The role requires deep Amazon knowledge, advanced Excel, and a problem-solving mindset to optimize listings, fix errors, and support the sales team with operational insights.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Prior experience in an agency setting supporting CPG/FMCG brands is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns) for large catalog data.
• Technical Amazon expertise: inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and ticketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Ticket resolution & troubleshooting: act as the primary contact for submitting, managing and following up on Amazon tickets.
• Case management, error resolution, and proactive issue escalation to protect client profitability.
• Catalog & content management: bulk file creation, flat-file uploads, and ensuring taxonomy consistency.
