Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly tactical Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to lead day-to-day health of client Amazon activities. You’ll ensure flawless catalogs, in-stock products, and swift resolution of issues within Seller Central and Vendor Central.

You will manage content updates, flat-file uploads, and troubleshooting while coordinating with Sales, Strategy, and Media teams to optimize performance across the Amazon channel.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, and variation relationships.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns) to manipulate large catalog data sets.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot Amazon platform issues.
• Manage flat files, bulk updates, and content changes for catalogs.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and PO issues with client supply chain teams.
• Provide digital shelf diagnostics and real-time PDP accuracy reports.
• Support cross-functional campaigns with Marketing and Strategy teams.
