Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Commerce (Amazon Operations) to lead day-to-day health of CP G client catalogs on Amazon. You’ll ensure flawless catalog content, keep products in stock, and swiftly resolve platform issues within Vendor Central and Seller Central.

As the operational backbone, you will manage ticketing, implement flat-file updates, and drive catalog-wide accuracy through variations and backend attribute mapping.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on catalog management in Amazon 1P/3P.
• Technical knowledge of Amazon inventory templates and variation relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concat, Text-to-Columns).
• Problem-solving mentality and escalation skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and accurate catalog mapping.

Responsibilities

• Ticket resolution and troubleshooting for Amazon systems.
• Manage case submissions across Seller, Vendor, and Brand Registry.
• Resolve catalog errors (ASINs, stranded inventory, hijackings).
• Monitor account health, suppressions, and search status.
• Execute flat-file updates and bulk catalog changes.
• Coordinate visual asset uploads and A+ content updates.
• Support in-stock and inventory management with client teams.
• Prepare weekly operational status reports for clients.
