Cribl, the AI-era telemetry platform, seeks a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of new products and features, including acquisitions. You will work across Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to connect product innovation with market success.

This executive-facing role partners with leadership to operationalize pricing, manage New Product Introduction, and drive scalable go-to-market motions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS firms.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication for C-level audiences.
• GTM experience bridging functions to bring products to market.
• IT and Security market knowledge in IT/security data space.
• Strong strategic planning and multitasking with program management skills.
• Collaborative across internal stakeholders to align on objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products from PRD to market launch.
• Partner with Cribl's executives on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Scale commercialization models with AI to support Product and Engineering teams.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, ARR contribution, and customer sentiment.
• Drive due diligence for acquisitions and align cross-functional teams post-close.
