Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization lifecycle for new products and features, collaborating with executive leadership to operationalize pricing and go-to-market motions. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, guiding complex launches in a fast-changing tech landscape.

You will partner across teams to drive disciplined execution, scale processes with AI, and own post-launch performance across ARR and market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence diverse personalities and present to C-level stakeholders.
• GTM expertise bridging functions to bring products to GTM organizations.
• IT and Security market knowledge of products, pricing, and capabilities.
• Strategic planning with flexibility and strong program management in parallel initiatives.
• Collaboration and teamwork across internal stakeholders to align objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): own the commercialization from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch tracking.
• Executive Partnership: partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Transform with AI: scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Measure & Optimize: define success metrics, track across systems, and run retrospectives to refine the motion.
• Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: drive due diligence for acquisitions and align cross-functional teams post-close.
