Cribl is transforming from a flagship-product company into a multi-product powerhouse. The Senior Manager will own the commercial lifecycle of new products, coordinating with Exec leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launches and ongoing performance.

The role requires 10+ years in SaaS strategy, pricing, and NPI, with a strong GTM mindset and experience influencing C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies
Experience with data or security space is a plus
Strong storytelling and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): own the commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off through market launch and post-launch success tracking with cross-functional partners
Executive Partnership: partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health
Transform with AI: scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever
Measure & Optimize: define success metrics for commercialization and track across systems
Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions and align post-close integration efforts
