Cribl, a B2B SaaS data observability company, is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization lifecycle for new products and features, including post-launch success tracking, working with executive leadership across Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging product, sales, marketing, and finance for market success.
• Strong ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction) from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch review.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Scale commercialization models to support product and engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Define success metrics, set up cross-system tracking, and conduct post-launch retrospectives.
• Drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions and orchestrate post-close integration of go-to-market motions.
