Job summary

ThoughtSpot, a leading Data & AI platform, seeks a Senior Manager, AI Outcomes to lead a high-impact team and own outcomes, renewals, and expansions across accounts. You’ll shape how outcomes are planned, measured, and realized, partnering with Sales and Product to drive adoption and business value.

You’ll guide AI Outcomes Managers, tie usage to KPIs, and build scalable playbooks to scale impact across North America and beyond. This is a hands-on leadership role for a customer-focused executive.

Qualifications

• Managed a customer-facing team in B2B SaaS, ideally around analytics, data, or a technical product.
• Owned retention and expansion numbers and could speak to them precisely, not directionally.
• Think in outcomes, not activities, and connect product usage to business metrics.
• Built processes from nothing—no legacy playbook, just judgment and iteration.
• Maintained analytics/BI fluency to diagnose adoption issues and drive value.
• Familiarity with ThoughtSpot or a comparable platform is a strong plus.
• Comfortable being hands-on with accounts while coaching a team.
• Communicated directly and early; no surprises when an account is at risk.
• Collaborated across Sales, Product, and Support to remove blockers.
• Cared about customer outcomes over satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes. Manage GRR and NRR across the team’s accounts and monitor statuses.
• Lead and coach AI Outcomes Managers and define high standards for ownership and value storytelling.
• Raise deliverable quality for artifacts like the Joint Outcomes Plan, value narratives, QBRs, and roadmaps.
• Build the playbook for outcomes planning, adoption, and QBR motions from scratch.
• Drive adoption and expansion by increasing Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps usage.
• Be the voice of the customer by feeding product and engineering with field signals.
• Report portfolio metrics to leadership with clarity and tangible outcomes.
