Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Principal AI Outcomes Manager in Phoenix to own executive-level outcomes across Fortune 100+ accounts. You will co-create and govern Joint Outcomes Plans, drive adoption of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps, and lead executive QBRs to advance AI roadmaps.

You will own renewals and expansions with a strategic, data-driven approach, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success.

Qualifications

8+ years in a senior customer-facing or enterprise advisory role.
Proven track record managing complex enterprise relationships.
Deep fluency in analytics and AI platforms and their business value.
Ability to operate from data teams to the C-suite with executive credibility.

Responsibilities

Own the executive-level outcomes plan and co-create Joint Outcomes Plan.
Partner on the account relationship with the AE to build multi-threaded champion networks.
Drive adoption of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps across the organization.
Lead outcomes reviews and executive QBRs with a board-ready value narrative.
Own renewal and expansion with commercial rigor and measurable impact.
Prototype and pilot capabilities to accelerate executive buy-in.
Maintain deep product knowledge and roadmap awareness to align capabilities with priorities.
Identify and address risks early to protect renewals and expansion.
