Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Principal AI Outcomes Manager in Chicago to own the strongest enterprise relationships. You will co-create and govern an outcomes plan, manage renewals and expansions, and lead executive conversations about AI-driven value across data analytics platforms.

You will drive adoption of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps, collaborating with sales executives and cross-functional teams. This role requires depth in analytics leadership and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing role blending business and technology.
• Executive presence with ability to engage at the C-suite and translate AI value into strategy.
• Strong analytics and AI fluency with experience in enterprise analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive-level business outcomes plan and govern a Joint Outcomes Plan.
• Partner with AE to build multi-threaded executive networks and drive renewals/expansion.
• Drive adoption of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps across the organization.
• Lead outcomes reviews and QBRs with a board-ready value narrative.
• Identify and manage renewal risk and coordinate resources.
