• Proven retention and expansion metrics ownership.
• Ability to connect product usage to business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes and manage renewals and expansions.
• Lead and coach AI Outcomes Managers.
• Raise deliverable quality of Joint Outcomes Plan and QBRs.
• Design and implement the outcomes planning playbook.
• Drive adoption and expansion of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps.
• Be the voice of the customer to product and engineering.
• Report portfolio metrics to leadership.
