Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Principal AI Outcomes Manager to lead strategic, enterprise-scale customer relationships. You will co-own the outcomes plan, renewal, and expansion across the customer lifecycle, serving as the principal AI analytics advisor to executive leadership.

This named-account role operates from data teams to the C-suite, shaping commercial strategy and driving adoption of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps with a strong ROI focus. Office presence is expected in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles blending business and technology.
• Executive presence with C-suite fluency.
• Deep AI analytics fluency and product knowledge.
• Commercial ownership of enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive-level outcomes plan and govern Joint Outcomes Plan tied to customer priorities.
• Drive adoption and value realization across Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps.
• Lead renewal and expansion discussions with a data-driven ROI narrative.
• Conduct high-level outcomes reviews and QBRs with stakeholders.
