Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 9-12+ years of relevant experience in data, information, solution, or platform architecture.
• Experience delivering shared knowledge, search, graph, or grounded‑AI capabilities.
• Hands‑on fluency with semantic, graph, or retrieval technologies and SQL.
• Experience designing data pipelines with clear production controls.
• Policy‑aware architecture with provenance, access, and lifecycle controls.

Responsibilities

• Set the knowledge direction and own the target architecture and roadmap.
• Design organizational memory with a federated approach and durable interfaces.
• Translate business questions with domain experts for accurate interpretation.
• Engineer trusted ingestion and bring varied sources into the platform.
• Build effective retrieval combining search, semantic, graph, and structured methods.
• Make evidence inspectable with citations, provenance, and quality signals.
• Embed policy in the path with security and retention requirements.
• Lead lighthouse implementations from prototype through production.
• Define service objectives, observability, and quality measures for ongoing reliability.
• Create reference components, mentor engineers, and guide architecture decisions.
