Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Technology Architecture to lead a team of Partner Technology Architects delivering pre-sales excellence and strategic growth for global partners. You will translate platform capabilities and AI innovations into repeatable offerings, coach senior architects, and own critical partner engagements while traveling up to 30%.

You will remain hands-on, guiding technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and architectural validation to accelerate

Qualifications

10+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or enterprise technology advisory.
6+ years of leadership within pre-sales or partner-aligned organizations.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and managing senior professionals.
Proven collaboration with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or service providers.
Strong executive presence; ability to influence VP+ and CXO-level stakeholders.
Ability to translate business strategy and industry context into partner growth plans.
Deep understanding of enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Partner Technology Architects.
Set priorities against partner and alliance goals and ensure accountable outcomes.
Drive pre-sales excellence and solution strategy.
Oversee partner-led proofs of concept and co-demonstrations.
Coordinate with Sales, Services, Marketing, and internal teams for a unified partner experience.
Champion AI-first solution design and governance.
