Job summary
ServiceNow seeks a Senior Manager, Partner Technology Architecture to lead a team of Partner Technology Architects and drive pre-sales excellence for Global and strategic partners. You will shape partner growth with a focus on AI-first technology adoption, solution strategy, and business development.
As a hands-on leader, you will coach your team, stay close to key engagements, and own outcomes. Expect travel up to 30% as you translate platform capabilities into scalable, monetizable partner
Qualifications
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or enterprise technology advisory experience.
- 6+ years of leadership experience in pre-sales or partner-facing organizations.
- Experience coaching and leading senior professionals with a team-first approach.
- Proven collaboration with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or technology alliances.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Partner Technology Architects.
- Drive partner strategy and business development with executive relationships.
- Oversee technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a unified partner experience.
- Champion AI-first solution design and governance.
- Translate business strategy into repeatable, high-value offerings for partners.
