Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Technology Architecture to lead a team of Partner Technology Architects supporting our Global and strategic partners. You will coach, mentor, and stay hands‑on, driving technical excellence, solution strategy, and AI‑first adoption to accelerate partner‑led engagements and outcomes.

You will translate platform capabilities and industry context into repeatable offerings partners can build, scale, and monetize, traveling up to 30% for partner,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre‑sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or enterprise technology advisory experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience, preferably within pre‑sales or partner‑aligned organizations.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of senior‑level professionals, with a team‑first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Partner Technology Architects and set priorities aligned to partner and Global Partners & Alliances goals.
• Maintain accountability for partner outcomes and drive critical partner engagements.
• Develop and execute forward‑looking partner growth plans, including investments in headcount, training, and tools.
• Coordinate with Sales, Services, Support, Marketing, and internal teams to deliver a unified partner experience.
