Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technology Architect to be the primary strategic interface for Global and Strategic Regional partners. You will drive partner growth through pre-sales excellence, business development, solution strategy, and AI-first technology adoption.

You will combine advisory relationships with partner executives and solution architects to translate capabilities into scalable offerings. Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, solution demonstrations,

Qualifications

8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or enterprise technology advisory.
Proven experience working with partners, SIps, hyperscalers, or tech alliances.
Strong executive presence with VP+ level influence.
Ability to translate business strategy and industry context into actionable growth plans.
Experience shaping or scaling partner practices, offerings, or GTM motions.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic interface for assigned partners, building trusted relationships with executives.
Lead joint business planning to align partner investments and go-to-market priorities.
Conduct technical discovery sessions, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations.
Translate platform and AI capabilities into partner-differentiated solutions.
Provide escalation support for critical partner-led opportunities.
Champion AI-first solution design and co-creation with domain advisors.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a unified partner experience.
