This senior IC role partners with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to turn complex needs into testable concepts and production‑ready designs, focusing on agentic AI and conversational UX.

The candidate will shape scope, validate concepts, and contribute reusable patterns while ensuring usability, trust, and safety in regulated contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of progressive UX design experience, or higher degrees with corresponding experience.
• Strong understanding of modern product development, APIs, and technical constraints.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or agent frameworks to prototype agent behavior.
• Experience delivering reusable interaction patterns and design frameworks.
• Experience in Conversational UX (chat/voice) and agentic AI workflows.
• Experience with AI design tools for rapid prototyping and iterative design.
• AI‑first mindset and readiness to accelerate delivery cycles.
• Expertise in accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the design execution of complex AI-enabled products and workflows from framing to implementation.
• Design AI experiences across chat, voice, and multimodal interactions with safety and oversight.
• Prototype realistic system behavior using LLM APIs and agent frameworks to test assumptions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape scope and ensure design intent is reflected.
• Deliver high‑quality interaction, visual, and conversation design with accessibility and regulatory considerations.
• Turn ambiguous ideas into testable concepts and production-ready designs.
• Contribute reusable interaction approaches and patterns across multiple platforms.
• Define experience measures and evaluate adoption and usability with qualitative and quantitative evidence.
