Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Experience Design in a hybrid, NY-based role. You will shape Pfizer’s AI-first design system and patterns, embedding tokens and components into the engineering pipeline and maintaining a live design QA library.

You’ll prototype agentic AI experiences with LLMs, collaborating closely with engineers, product owners, and researchers to ensure scalable, safe, and compelling user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/design or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive UX design experience.
• Experience shipping design system components into production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own pattern areas of Pfizer’s AI-first design system and drive adoption.
• Ship design tokens, components, and patterns into the build pipeline.
• Prototype agent behaviors with LLM APIs and ensure safe fallback patterns.
