Pfizer is seeking a Director, AI Experience Design Lead to own Pfizer's AI-first design system across multiple surfaces. You will lead a team to deliver production design standards as code and ensure consistent user experiences across human and agent interfaces.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep expertise in AI-driven experiences, and the ability to ship high-impact design initiatives across Pfizer’s AI platforms and enterprise LLM integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive Experience Design, UX, or Product Design experience.
