Qualifications

Lean product development and user-centered design experience.
Experience launching MVPs and iterating from user feedback.

Responsibilities

Lead AI and data-driven digital experiences through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches.
Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy prioritizing speed, experimentation, and learning.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to test hypotheses and refine direction.
Establish and manage a lean experience roadmap delivering high-impact features with MVP scope.
Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with short cycles and fast feedback loops.
Foster a culture of experimentation with A/B testing, user research, and analytics.
