Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Experience Designer to shape AI-powered experiences across Pfizer's platforms. You will own end-to-end design from problem framing to production-ready implementation, partnering with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

Expertise in Agentic AI, Conversational UX, and WCAG-compliant design is required for complex, regulated environments. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping with LLM APIs, governance, and scalable experience patterns across products, with

Formación

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of progressive UX design experience, or master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
Strong understanding of modern product development, front-end principles, APIs, and constraints; collaborate with Engineering.
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs or agent frameworks to prototype real agent behavior, not static interfaces.
Experience creating reusable interaction patterns, components, or design frameworks across products/teams.
Experience designing Conversational UX (chat/voice), including dialog flows, state, fallbacks, escalation, and tone guidelines.
Experience designing Agentic AI workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, approvals, transparency, and safe failure modes.
Extensive experience with AI-driven design tools for rapid prototyping and iterative design.
AI-first mindset; willingness to challenge traditional design paradigms and accelerate delivery.
Expertise in accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA across platforms.

Responsabilidades

End-to-End Experience Design for complex AI-enabled products and workflows from research to prototyping and production-ready designs.
Design AI experiences across chat, voice, and multimodal interactions, including conversation state and safe fallback behaviors.
Prototype realistic system behavior using LLM APIs and agent frameworks to test usability, trust, and safety risks.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape scope, trade-offs, and ensure design intent is reflected in delivery.
Deliver high-quality interaction, visual, and conversation design with emphasis on usability, accessibility, trust, and compliance.
Turn ideas into testable concepts and production-ready designs with rapid iteration from user feedback.
